Murney and Henry Street Reconstruction Project Resumes

Cobourg Development Services Ltd. will begin Phase 2 of the Murney Street and Henry Street reconstruction project this week.

Work includes the replacement of the existing storm sewer, sanitary sewer, watermain, concrete curb and sidewalk on Murney Street (south end) from Henry Street to Catharine Street, and asphalt paving throughout the full project limits. Construction is set to be completed by Sept. 1 and the roadway is expected to be closed for the duration of the project.
