The City of Belleville is reviewing its right-of-way and driveway access by-laws and related processes.
Anyone planning to work in the right-of-way in Belleville must obtain a right-of-way permit (also known as a road occupancy or road cut permit). We are now seeking your feedback on your experience with the permitting process, requirements and communication.
The survey should take 5–7 minutes to complete and will help us improve clarity, efficiency and overall service.
