Belleville accepts bid for Industrial Park Upgrades – Phase 2A by Fitzgibbon Construction Limited for $1M

Motion

THAT the tender submission from Fitzgibbon Construction Limited be accepted for Contract ENG2020-16 North East Industrial Park Upgrades and Active Transportation Phase 2A Adam Street and University Avenue Project in the amount of $985,307.52 plus HST of
$128,089.98 for a total tender amount of $1,113,397.50 this being the lowest cost tender received, and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of The Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the Clerk be authorized to affix the Corporate Seal.
