The City is updating its Housing, Downtown Revitalization and Brownfield Redevelopment Community Improvement Plan (CIP) and is now seeking feedback from the community on key priorities.

The goal of this CIP is to support local revitalization, beautification and economic development in Belleville by providing grants for housing, downtown revitalization and brownfield projects.

This update will introduce new and revised financial incentive programs focused onincentivizing housing units, supporting a vibrant downtown core and encouraging remediation and redevelopment of brownfield sites.

Members of the public are encouraged to take the online survey now through July 18 to have their say and help ensure that the CIP’s incentive programs meet the needs of our community.

For more information on the project and future engagement opportunities, visit: Belleville.ca/Projects.
