The Archives Committee is a joint advisory committee and local board.
The City and County agree to establish a joint advisory committee (hereinafter called the “Archives Advisory Committee” to provide direction and advice respecting governance of the joint archives, with such advisory committee reporting to Belleville City Council.

The reference number for the minutes here is 2022-043/21. The committee has only met three times since 2015 and we have copies of those meeting minutes here in electronic form.
We are open from 10-1 and 2-4, Monday to Thursday on the second floor of the Belleville Public Library building.
