Contract No. PRKS-2023-07 – Hillcrest Park Improvements – Pickleball Courts
THAT the request for tender submission from Jeffrey G. Wallans Construction Limited be accepted for Contract No. PRKS-2023-07 – Hillcrest Park Improvements – Pickleball Courts in the amount of $666,691.50 plus $86,669.90 HST, for a total amount of $753,361.40 this being the lowest qualified tender received, and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of The Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the City Clerk be authorized to affix the Corporate Seal.
