That the Comprehensive Parking Study be tabled to the October 27, 2025 Council meeting to enable the Downtown Business Improvement Association the opportunity to present a deputation at the September 25, 2025 Transportation Committee and that staff look at the cost and impacts of eliminating paid parking in the downtown.
