The following recommendations are presented for the Committee’s consideration:
- THAT the Finance Committee recommend that Council approve the 2025 Comprehensive Parking Study;
- THAT the parking fee changes included in Phase One of the study be incorporated into the 2026 Consolidated Rates & Fees By-law; and
- THAT requests associated with Phase One be included in the 2026 Operating Budget for deliberation.

Further to the recommendation from the Transportation Committee,  the Finance Committee recommends:
That Council approve the recommendations as outlined in the Deputy City Clerk’s Report No. DCC-2025-01 Comprehensive Parking Study 2025.
