The Policy Review Committee is an advisory committee of the Belleville Police Services Board.
Governance
The committee has 2 voting members.
The Mandate of the Belleville Police Services Board Policy Review Committee is to:
- Assess and improve policies to ensure transparent, safe, and accountable delivery of law enforcement services to the community
- Draft Policies for approval by the Board
Committee Structure:
- two (2) voting members
Staff Support:
- staff support will be provided principally through the Belleville Police Service
- administrative support will be provided by the Board Secretary
- additional consultation will be as required by the Committee
Meetings
Meetings are held at the Call of the Chair in the Joint Forces Operations Room (JFO), unless otherwise noted.
