The Budget Committee is an advisory committee of the Belleville Police Services Board.
Governance
The committee has 2 members.
The Mandate of the Belleville Police Services Board Budget Committee is to:
- meet with appropriate resource and administrative personnel to prepare the annual Budget
- review final Budget
- present Draft Budget to the Board
- make any amendments to the Draft Budget as directed by the Board
Committee Structure:
- two (2) voting members
Staff Support:
- staff support will be provided principally through the Belleville Police Service
- Board Secretary will provide administrative support as required in regards to Meeting Agenda and Minute preparation
- additional consultation will be as required by the Committee
Meeting Schedule:
- at the Call of the Chair
Other:
- the Committee shall meet Budget preparation timeline as established annually by the City of Belleville Director of Finance

Meetings are held at the Call of the Chair in the Joint Forces Operations Room (JFO), unless otherwise noted.
