The Barrie Police Association is pleased to endorse the re-election of both Doug Shipley and John Brassard as Members of Parliament for a Conservative Government led by Pierre Pollievre. The members of the Barrie Police proudly serve the members of our community by protecting, upholding the law and ensuring the safety of all members living, visiting and working within our community.
In order to do our jobs effectively we require the support of all levels of government in creating legislation that will assist in combatting crime and protecting members of our communities, provinces and country. Both Doug Shipley and John Brassard have been strong supporters of the work the members of the Barrie Police proudly do as well as police across this great country.
The Conservative Party of Canada led by Pierre Pollievre have committed to support law enforcement by strengthening laws to hold criminals accountable along with restructuring the bail system to stop the revolving doors of the criminal justice system.
Police officers work and live within the communities we police. They like the members of our community deserve a government that is committed community safety and well being for the entire country.
We believe that Doug Shipley and John Brassard and the Conservative Party led by Pierre Pollievre is the right choice for all of Canada.
