THAT the tender submission from Cobourg Development Services Ltd. be accepted for Contract ENG2013-22 College Street East Extension and Associated Municipal Servicing in the corrected amount of $5,404,175.58 plus $702,542.83 HST for a total dollar amount of
$6,106,718.41, this being the lowest cost tender received and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of The Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the City Clerk be authorized to affix the Corporate Seal.
