The City of Belleville will be holding a Public Consultation Centre (PCC) to introduce the Community Improvement Plan (CIP) Update project and gather feedback on draft programs. This CIP Update revisits priorities and financial incentives that will help reach several community improvement objectives, including facilitating city-wide development of housing, including affordable and missing middle housing, supporting downtown revitalization, assisting in the remediation and redevelopment of brownfield sites, and improving overall quality of life and community health.
