The application was circulated to the Manager of Approvals, Principal Planner, Chief Building Official, Development Technologist, General Manager of Transportation and Operations Services and Ministry of Transportation
The application proposes to separate and consolidate the north side of the subject lands, which are not part of the proposed Village of Avonlea Subdivision; and, correspondingly, to consolidate the remaining two southern parcels for future development of the proposed Village of Avonlea Subdivision. The severed parcels would have a combined lot area of 9.3 hectares and the retained parcels would have a combined lot area of 63.4 hectares.

Correspondence from the Principal Planner, Development Technologist, Chief Building Official, Transportation & Operations Services and Ministry of Transportation advise that they have no comments.
Staff introduced the application stating the property is undergoing concurrent consent applications to separate and consolidate the north side of the subject lands as well as the south portions for future development of the Village of Avonlea Subdivision.
Ms. Aulthouse was in attendance stating the remnant lands from the Village of Avonlea Subdivision would be consolidated with a parcel fronting onto Wallbridge Loyalist Road. The consolidated lands currently have no proposed land usage. The draft plan approved Village of Avonlea Subdivision lands would merge with one principal owner.
Mr. Aulthouse clarified that the property benefiting lands would also merge allowing for one owner.
