The following parties presented their plans to Council regarding Sale of Surplus Property(s) – 132 Pinnacle Street (Legion 99) and 15 Market Square (Memorial Arena):

(3) Memorial Village Ltd.
(4) Taskforce Engineering Inc.
N Architecture Inc., who propose to renovate just the Legion into a 32-room motel.
Memorial Village Ltd. proposed a combination of housing and retail space.
RMS Holdings, who proposed the largest project — a $42-million development of twin residential towers and retail space.
Taskforce Engineering proposed a retail concourse on the ground floor of the Memorial Arena, creating a second floor that would house small businesses and office space. The legion building would be converted into 20 to 24 affordable housing units.
The listing price of the Legion is $399,000 while the Memorial Arena is listed at $499,000.
