Supplementary Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment - Old Fairground Site – 240 Bridge Street
MeetingTHAT in accordance with Section 30.3 Sole and Single Sourcing – Approval and Reporting of the City’s Purchasing By-law Number 2021-99, the quotation from Cambium Inc. be accepted to complete Supplementary Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment in the amount of $63,520.00 plus $8,257.60 HST, for a total of $71,777.60, and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the City Clerk be authorized to fix the Corporate Seal.
