Belleville allocates $4M to redevelopment of old Belleville Fairgrounds

Belleville allocated $4 million in the 2023 Capital Budget (23-1.008) for the Design & Partial Construction of the Old Fairgrounds Site funded by:

  • $1.2 million from Water Service Reserve Fund
  • $1.6 million from Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund
  • $1.2 million from Long Term Debt
