That Council approve the recommendations of the Grant Committee as outlined in the Coordinator of Revenue and Customer Service Report No. CRCS-2025-09, City of Belleville Grant Committee – Policy Updates, being:
- proposed changes to the Grant Policy
- proposed changes to the Community Impact Grant guidelines
- proposed changes to the Tourism Grant guidelines and application
- proposed changes to the Arts and Culture Grant guidelines
- proposed changes to the Social Infrastructure Grant guidelines
- proposed 2026 intake dates
