The Hastings Quinte Long-Term Care Committee is a joint committee and local board.
It oversees the operation of the County’s two Long-Term Care Facilities:
- Hastings Manor (Belleville) (253 beds)
- Centennial Manor (Bancroft) (110 beds)
It supports a total of 363 residents who range in age from 33-102, each with unique needs in a home-like setting.
It reviews the budget provided to them and ensure that the homes are properly maintained and staffed to a standard satisfactory to the physical and emotional needs of their residents as per the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021. It maintains accreditation through the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Meetings
Meetings are held in Hastings County Council Chambers in the County of Hastings Courthouse and Administration Building at 235 Pinnacle St, Belleville, ON K8N 3A9 and on Zoom.
Under some circumstances, a meeting may be held at either Hastings Manor or Hastings Centennial Manor.
