• Mayor Ellis will present Krista Keller with a certificate honouring her 35 years of service with the City of Belleville.
• Jennifer Tewathahá:kwa Maracle, Executive Director of Indigenous Initiatives and Reconciliation at Loyalist College will make a deputation regarding the 4 Seasons of Reconciliation Education Program.

Correspondence, Reports and Consent Items

• Request from Jordan Shortt of HBS Property Maintenance for a road closure of Ashley Street for a community Canada Day event in Foxboro.
• Request from the Downtown District (Belleville Downtown Improvement Area) for road closures for several events throughout the summer.
• Request from the Downtown District (Belleville Downtown Improvement Area) for a waiver of refreshment vehicle restrictions downtown for several summer events.
• Status update on the Official Plan and Bill 162: Get it Done Act.
• Status update on the former Queen Mary School affordable housing project.
• Recommendations from the Planning Advisory Committee.
• Recommendation of the Transportation Committee to make Bridge Street West (Sidney to Haslett) a community safety zone.
• Temporary noise permit application from Emmons & Mitchell Construction.
• Resolution from the Town of Plympton-Wyoming supporting correspondence from the Multi-Municipal Energy Working Group regarding unwilling wind turbine host municipalities.
• Resolution from the Township of Pelee to make the provincial and federal governments aware that rural and small urban water and wastewater systems are financially unsustainable and request AMO, ROMA and FCM to examine if the unaffordability of water and wastewater systems operational costs are systemic provincially and nationally.
