Tyler Allsopp – MPP, Bay of Quinte
Tyler Allsopp was elected as the MPP of Bay of Quinte for the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario in the 2024 Bay of Quinte byelection.
Before running for provincial office, he was a councillor of the City of Belleville for Ward 1.
- Ran for town councillor unsuccessfully in 2014
- As first runner up in the 2018 election, he was added to city council to replace the late councillor Pat Culhane in January 2021.
- Elected councillor of the City of Belleville for Ward 1 in the 2022 municipal election
- Elected MPP of Bay of Quinte in the 2024 Bay of Quinte byelection
